Raymond is very outgoing and affectionate. He loves to play outside, swim, and be active. He also likes to play video games and do puzzles. Raymond has a large imagination. He loves animals and his favorite animal at the zoo is the polar bear. His favorite food is shrimp.

Raymond needs an adoptive family that is fully committed to his needs and can provide him a safe, stable and structured environment. He can be sensitive at times and needs a family who understands this. Raymond is anxiously awaiting adoption!

Age 12

“Raymond waved to me sweetly from inside the car when he and his foster mother arrived for the photo shoot. I knew right then and there we were going to have fun together. He came out of the car and gently shook my hand and told me his name. We talked about the few spots in the park that we both thought were good places to photograph and he chose the first location. Raymond was a “man on a mission.” He knew if all went well with the shoot that McDonald’s was going to be his reward. The cool thing about Raymond is that he had all sorts of great ideas about how to pose. He was friendly and talkative, responding easily to my questions and suggestions. I thought he had a great attitude and when I asked him what he thought was one of his best qualities, he said proudly, ‘I am a thinker.’ It was a pleasure to photograph Raymond.”
