| Bio: Vicktor is a curious child and enjoys talking with everyone. He participates in Tae Kwan Doe and takes the class very seriously. Vicktor is very active and likes to ride his bike and skateboard in the neighborhood. He enjoys helping adults and takes pride in his chores. Vicktor is a budding artist and loves to spend time painting and drawing pictures for the adults in his life. He prefers a routine and does better with structure. Vicktor is on medications to help control his impulsiveness. Vicktor needs a family that is affectionate and will be patient in creating a bond with him. He needs to be with a family that is able to transport him to therapy and medical appointments. Vicktor will need a family that is able to advocate for services for him. He would do well in a family in which he was the only child. He would do well in either a one or two parent home. “Vicktor was a kid with great attitude and a ton of energy, eager to be involved in the creative process of taking photos. He showed a real curiosity about others, photography and the world around him.
