| Bio: Joseph is a very considerate and talkative child who enjoys art, puzzles and playing soccer. Joseph is a bright young man who is inquisitive and patient. He is a joy to be with. Joseph is cooperative and kind and enjoys country music.With the help of Special Education and medication Joseph is doing well. Joseph needs an adoptive family that is committed to his needs as his forever family. Joseph would do well in a home with children who are older then he and a family that is active. Joseph needs a two-parent home with patience, clear boundaries, and a stable routine. “I met Joe at a local park, where his energy and enthusiasm really sparkled. He was eager for an audience to watch him climb trees, dangle from the monkey bars or hang upside down from the jungle gym—a truly playful kid at heart.
