MEET KENNETH

Kenneth is active and enjoys Scouting and several sports, including basketball. He gets along well with peers and is at grade level in school. Kenneth would like to have a family with both a Mom and a Dad. Kenneth needs a patient and structured family that would be willing to provide a nurturing environment where he can grow and reach his full potential.
